Congratulations on the new digs!

Looks jolly nice - hope the view from the porch is good.

Steve didn't take pictures of the view, but I think it is good! There is actually no house right across the street, instead there's a little valley/stream bed that comes above ground there, with trees and greenery and a fence to stop you tumbling down into it.

As long as it has wall to wall floors, you should be good to go...(apologies to S. Sondheim)
