Frittata of cold soba, garlic-scape pesto, crispy onions, and a little yogurt. Sounds dire, probably, but really excellent, especially cold.
A sort of ratatouille-ish thing of vegetables cooked with tomatoes, garlic, and plenty of olive oil: onions, eggplant, peppers, kohlrabi, green beans, butternut squash.
Little roast eggplant wedges and lemon, dal, rice, yogurt. A hit with everyone!
Fried rice again, heavy on the eggs and with lots of very juicy nice kohlrabi.
Roast butternut squash and spinach with chaat masala, coconut quinoa, spiced yogurt (aka raita without any veg).
Ginger fried rice with an odd jumble of green vegetables (kohlrabi and brussels sprouts were in there) and plenty of egg.
