Ginger fried rice with an odd jumble of green vegetables (kohlrabi and brussels sprouts were in there) and plenty of egg.

Pasta and really splendid salad of fennel, savoy cabbage, apple, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, pepper, & dill. (Jane loved the salad!)

Chiocciole (pasta) with goat cheese, grilled eggplant, caramelized onions, and peas; carrot cake with chocolate ganache for afters, with champagne.

This is really delicious. Sauteed onions, vegetable broth, pickle brine, potatoes, chopped dill pickles, and half-and-half, with a little fresh dill and sour cream as a garnish.
Bibimbap.
So good. I think the sprouts, oddly enough, were my favorite.
