Today I made a pseudo-Asian pseudo-stirfry thing I want to remember, though the notes below will be useful to no one but me, and will probably sound nasty, to boot. But that's just the kind of crazy wild thing I gotta do sometimes, baby.
PUT THAT STUFF IN A POT AND COOK IT
bitter greens
"duck"
spinach
plenty of scallions, cut in 1" pieces
a couple of cloves of garlic, sliced
olive oil for sautéeing in
FOR SAUCE, ADD
water or broth
soy sauce
brown sugar
splash of vinegar
lots of black pepper
ginger
dried lemongrass
arrowroot dissolved in water
